    how much should be paid to make a permanent eyebrow,eyeline and a lipline? If possible,Can I do it myself? and any permanent makeup pen or accessories can be suggested?

    Permanent makeup is NOT something you can, or ever SHOULD, do yourself. Permanent makeup is cosmetic tattooing. They tattoo eyeliner, lip liner, eyebrows, lipstick and blush. This "makeup" is exactly as it says- PERMANENT. If you are interested, do you plenty of research and find an expert in permanent makeup- don't shop for the best price. You will wear what look they give you forever, so saving that hundred bucks won't matter if your hate your face. Also, the people who do permanent makeup procedures are different than those you find in tattoo parlors.

    Actually permanent make-up is not that permanent. It usually lasts 2-5 years, fading over time, since the needle does not penetrate the skin as deep as when you are getting a regular tattoo. So you don't have to wear the look "forever". But I would still be looking for someone with a lot of experience, since there is a risk of possible adverse reactions adverse reactions.
